Claude G. Théoret – President, partner

Claude Théoret is president and responsible for data analysis at Exvisu. A physicist, Claude helped found the Astronomy department at McGill and his PhD work resulted in him being ranked first in the astronomy and astrophysics postdoctoral fellowship competition in Québec. Claude did his postdoctoral work at the Collège de France with the HESS collaboration, where he co-published two papers in Nature and one in Science. After one year as a professor of physics and statistics at the American University in Paris, he turned his analytical expertise to Actor Network Theory and his work on the mapping of the Nanotechnology community has been published twice.

Michael Boyle – Partner

Michael Boyle worked as a marketing manager in the Pharma industry for over 10 years, delivering innovative online communications solutions. Michael was an Internet marketing lecturer at McGill, and also has software industry experience. In addition, Michael has worked extensively in public sector consulting and research. Throughout his career, Michael has served as an effective change agent, helping organizations to innovate through the use of a careful consultative practice based on solid business research matched with a wide experience in new technology and the web. Michael was one of Montreal and Canada’s first webloggers and has been professionally involved in online community and social media for over 15 years.

Eric Steedman – Partner

Eric Steedman has delivered strategic consulting services to entrepreneurs, companies and governments facing challenges related to sustainable and effective business and community-building practices, from policy to development to integration. Eric has worked in the area of sustainable investment and economy for the past 15 years, including 3 years as portfolio manager of the Dreyfus Third Century Fund in New York City. Eric holds an MBA from McGill University and an MPhil in political theory from the University of Glasgow.

Caroline Allard – Associate

Caroline Allard did her doctoral studies at the University of Montreal on the issue of responsibility in hierarchical organizations, and previously worked as a professional ethics consultant in the financial and public relations sectors. Caroline is also a blogger and the author of two books based on her blog entitled Chroniques d’une mère indigne. Caroline was one of the founders of Exvisu Canada as a partner and political communications consultant, who is now pursuing her career as an author while remaining an associate of Nexalogy Environics, working primarily on projects related to the media and politics.

Evelyne Côté – Analyst

Evelyne Côté is a journalist and editor is the head of the Culture section of Nightlife Magazine and spent over three years as Arts and Culture editor at ICI Montreal. Evelyne is also a contributor to Elle Quebec, Clin d’oeil (Magazine), Bande à part (CBC/SRC Radio), and canal Vox (TV). For over 5 years Evelyne has been writing about socio-cultural phenomena, trends, music and literary criticism, and profiles. Evelyne studied at the University of Montreal where she studied comparative literature, journalism, linguistics, and semiotics while pursuing a degree in translation.
